Looking for an opportunity to manage and lead major building and architectural projects and programs around the globe? This opportunity will be in involved with projects such as new building construction, improving quality, productivity and capacity in our Kellanova Manufacturing sites. This opportunity is based in North America.

Safety First – Develop people safety, foody safety and sanitary requirements
Lead with Excellence – Act as the subject matter expert to North America & International manufacturing locations for technical and/or project expertise and communication
Set the Standard – Establish the global strategic direction and priorities to ensure we have the facilities of the future
Collaboration is Key – Work with vendors, manufacturing teams, and corporate leadership to gain insight into business needs
Program Management – Design, develop, maintain the budget, and on-time delivery for all facilities programs.
Your Recipe for Success
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline and 10 years related work experience.
Travel will be required up to 40% of the time
Advanced communication skills to disseminate highly complex information to multiple audiences
Ability to meet objectives efficiently and effectively
