Overview

We are currently looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team in Holland, MI.
 

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will:
Provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship to the Chairman. Serves as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the office of the Chairman. Serves as liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.
Do you have these required qualifications?
Associate’s degree in business, accounting, or secretarial studies, or equivalent job-specific work experience. With an Associate’s degree: 10+ years of Executive Administrative experience required.
With a high school diploma: 15+ years of Executive Administrative experience required.
Must have executive administrative/secretarial experience supporting senior level executive management in large corporation, working under limited supervision, with tight and changing deadlines. 
Must have executive administrative assistant experience working in a global corporation with business units in various time zones.
Must have executive administrative assistant experience supporting C-level executives.
Do you have these preferred qualifications?
Experience as an executive administrative assistant working for a private, family-owned business.
Experience supporting a Chairman. 
Ideally, you have also demonstrated the following:
Strong judgment and comfort-level working with confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information, as well as an uncompromising commitment to the highest level of confidentiality.
Experience working with families of high net worth and the confidential nature of all interactions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must be flexible and adaptable in ever-changing work environment, including flexibility in work hours. Position will require occasional ability to be attentive to urgent matters before and after hours and on weekends.
Proficient in using PC, via keyboard/mouse, and various software (i.e., Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS). 
Demonstrates professionalism, high emotional intelligence, and courtesy in representing Haworth through interaction with top level executives, community representatives, consultants, and fellow employees. 
Works quickly and efficiently with calm demeanor. Exudes confidence in ability to manage all situations and requests. Uses discretion and sound judgment on when to manage directly and what items require executive input. Consideration and poise to interrupt meetings and working sessions to prioritize demands. 
Exhibits foresight in recognizing potential problems, needs and/or inefficiencies, and proactively proposes alternative, creative, and innovative ways to best accomplish superior outcomes. 
Discrete, reserved and able to manage business, personal, and family information with the highest level of confidence.
Represents values and tone of Chairman through professional personal appearance, voice, and behavior. 
Ability to lift/move material weighing up to twenty pounds.
