Overview

Summary of Duties: Work with stakeholders from all business units and related third parties to define and document business process and software requirements for technology initiatives including in-store point of sale systems, above store menu management systems, and online web reporting systems. Responsible for communication and collaboration between business and I.T. and ensuring quality deliverables back to the business. Accountable for functional design of software development projects. Collaborate with business customers to define scope for new projects, communicate business vision, document risks and assumptions, develop delivery approach, and estimate cost and timings. Lead development of requirements documentation and related specifications, documentation, and business cases. Participate in architecting logical design of system with technical team, including screen design and specifications, data modeling, and documentation of logical processing flows. Create and maintain QA process. Translate business requirements into test cases. Communicate new requests received from client to project leadership teams. Solicit feedback on design, functionality, and priority of new features from business representatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
     

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field of study and 3 years of experience in Business Analytics.

 

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following:

 

1)    3 years of experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and methodology development;

2)    large-scale system implementation efforts following standard software development lifecycle approach;

3)    creating systematic and manual operations procedures in both technical and user-friendly language;

4)    working collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams;

5)    multitasking across multiple projects simultaneously; and

6)    industry standard development methodologies and technologies.

 

Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.
